Swimming lessons are delivered by a team of skilled,professional
and patient instructors that escort the students from within the water.
Lessons are held year round in a heated and spacious swimming pool.
The lessons are combined with:
•Acquiring social skills while learning to swim, interpersonal skills
and empowerment in a constructive and enjoyable atmosphere.
•Hydrotherapy games that improve posture,
strengthen the shoulder girdleand and flex the muscles.
•Celebrating the students' birthday in the water.
These Lessons are appropriate for children (aged from 4 and up),
adults who have not yet learned a proper swimming technique,
or those who want to learn and improve other swim styles.

Group Swimming Lessons Grouplessons are held in small groups of five students each,
thereby allowing each student personal guidanceand attention, while adjusting to individual learning rate and ability level.
Meant for children with no previous background in swimming.
The lessons focus on learning of the breaststroke technique.
Contents • Instilling confidence in and love of water. • Adapting to the water. • Floating and proper breathing. • Basic learning of breaststroke technique. Duration - 30 minutes
The Children will learn all four swimming styles. Utilizing proper swimming technique while developing flexibility and coordination.
Contents • Learning and training in all four competitive swimming styles. • Emphasis on improving technique and fitness. • Exercises in flexibility, strength, agility and correct posture. • Emphasis on rules of conduct and attention during training. • Implementing the values of perseverance and dedication. Duration - 45 minutes, includes:
• 5 minutes warm-up
• 30 minutes instruction
• 10 minutes individual training
